These terms govern your use of nqshmedia.com and any order you place with NAQSH BASMA ORGANIZING & MANAGING L.L.C S.O.C, trading as Naqsh Media, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

By using the site or placing an order you accept these terms. Where we sign a separate written agreement, quotation or statement of work with you, that document takes priority over these terms for that project.
Some printed products can be ordered directly from the site. Larger projects are quoted individually.
Quotations are valid for 14 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Prices may change after that, and material or freight cost changes may require requoting.
An order becomes binding when we confirm it in writing and, where applicable, receive the agreed payment or deposit.
We may decline or cancel an order — with a full refund of anything paid — if the item is unavailable, the price was listed in error, artwork cannot be produced to an acceptable standard, or the content requested is unlawful or infringes someone's rights.
Prices are in UAE Dirhams (AED). Prices displayed on this website include 5% VAT, as UAE law requires advertised prices to be shown inclusive of tax.
Quotations issued to VAT-registered business customers may be stated exclusive of VAT. Where that is the case the quotation says so clearly, and VAT is added on the tax invoice.
We are registered for VAT in the UAE under TRN 104715028700003, which appears on every tax invoice we issue.
Payments are processed by Stripe or PayPal. We do not receive or store your card details.
We start production once payment has cleared. Late payment may delay delivery, and we may suspend work on overdue accounts.
When you send us artwork, logos, text, photographs or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, that it does not infringe anyone's rights, and that it is not unlawful or in breach of UAE law or advertising regulations.
Colour on a screen never matches ink exactly. Small variation between a digital proof and the printed result, and between print runs, is normal and is not a defect.
You keep ownership of your own material. You allow us to use it only as needed to produce your order.
Unless we agree otherwise in writing:
The website, its text, images and code belong to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Production and delivery times shown on the site or in a quotation are estimates in business days, starting from final artwork approval and cleared payment.
We are not liable for delays caused by matters outside our control, including late artwork approval, changes requested after approval, customs, courier delays, supplier shortages, public holidays or force majeure.
Where a deadline is critical — an event date, an exhibition opening — tell us in writing before you order, so we can confirm whether it is achievable.
Changes requested after approval may affect price and timeline and must be confirmed in writing.
Because most of our output is custom-made, once production begins the work cannot be resold, so cancellation charges apply — see the Refund and Return Policy.
For events, our default cancellation tiers, unless the quotation says otherwise:

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UAE law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of anticipated savings, or reputational loss.
Where a print or production error is our fault, our responsibility is to reprint or reproduce the item correctly, or refund it.
We keep your business information, briefs and pricing confidential, and we expect the same from you regarding our quotations, methods and pricing. This continues after the project ends.
We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021.
The site links to other websites, including WhatsApp, YouTube, Stripe, PayPal and Google. We are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.
We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
