What is actually in a corporate gift set
A gift set is two to four items chosen to work together, branded consistently, and presented in one box. That last part is what does the work: the same notebook and pen handed over loose reads as stationery, and in a rigid box with your logo on the plate it reads as a gift. Every set below ships in its own presentation box.

How the sets are branded
Each item in a set usually takes a different method, and matching them is what makes a set look deliberate rather than assembled.
Laser engraving on stainless steel bottles, metal pens and metal keychains — permanent, in the material's own tone, and the finish that reads as most premium. Debossing on leatherette notebooks, organisers and card cases, optionally foiled in gold or silver. UV printing where the logo is multi-colour and has to stay accurate. Metal plate branding on the card cases, which is engraved rather than printed.
Gift boxes can be branded too — printed sleeves, a foiled logo on the lid or a printed card inside. More detail on each method is on the corporate gifts page, and custom boxes are produced through our packaging production.
How to order
- Send the occasion, the quantity, an indicative budget per person and the date the sets are needed.
- We shortlist sets from the catalogue that fit that budget, and say plainly which ones do not.
- You get a branded mock-up showing your logo on each item at the actual branding area.
- Approve the mock-up. That is the point where position, size and colour are locked.
- Production, assembly and boxing, then delivery across the UAE — split per office if you need it.
Corporate gift set questions
Can we mix items to build our own set?
Yes. The sets above are the standard combinations, but any bottle, notebook, pen, power bank or card case in the catalogue can be combined into a custom set and boxed together. Custom combinations usually carry a slightly higher assembly cost and need a little more lead time.
What is the minimum quantity for a gift set?
It depends on the branding method rather than the set. Laser engraving and UV printing run economically in smaller quantities; screen printing and pad printing carry a setup per colour and need larger runs. Send your quantity and we will say what it changes.
How long do gift sets take to produce?
Allow three to four weeks for a standard branded order from stock, and six to eight weeks or more if items have to be imported or the boxes are custom-made. Ramadan and December are the two periods when every factory in the market is stretched, so those deadlines need to be set earlier.
Can each set be personalised with the recipient's name?
Yes, on engravable items. Individual names take longer than a single repeated logo because each piece is set up separately, so the name list is usually what decides the schedule — send it as early as you can.
Do you deliver outside Dubai?
Across Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain, and to GCC destinations on request. For multi-office rollouts we can split, pack and label per location so each office receives its own count.
Are the gift boxes included?
Every set listed above is supplied in its own presentation box. Custom boxes, printed sleeves and inserts are a separate line and are quoted with the set.
