We are the controller of the personal data described here — meaning we decide why and how it is used.
This policy applies to nqshmedia.com and to enquiries you send us by web form, email, phone or WhatsApp. It does not cover other companies' websites we link to.
You choose what to send us. Only your name and a way to reach you are needed to answer an enquiry — please do not include information in the message field that you would not want stored in our records.
We want to be explicit about this, because it is not obvious from using the site.
When you arrive from a Google advertisement or a tagged marketing link, your browser stores a small record containing the Google click identifier (gclid, gbraid or wbraid), the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the page you landed on and the site that referred you.
This record is kept in your browser for 90 days. If you later submit an enquiry it is attached to that enquiry, so we can tell which campaign produced it. On its own it contains no name, email or phone number, and no other website can read it.
You can erase it at any time by clearing site data for nqshmedia.com in your browser.

We never see or store your full card number. Payments are handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal under their own policies.
We may also disclose data where we are legally required to — for example to a UAE authority, court or regulator — or to our professional advisers where necessary.
Our providers are international, so your data may be processed outside the UAE, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves the UAE we rely on the provider's contractual data-protection commitments, including standard contractual clauses where those apply, so the protection travels with the data.

On your first visit a banner asks what you allow. Until you answer, nothing that measures or advertises is switched on. Google Analytics and Google Ads start in a cookieless mode that stores nothing on your device, and the Meta and LinkedIn tags are not loaded at all.
Your answer is stored on your own device for 180 days as nqsh_consent_v1. To change it later, open cookie settings, or clear site data for nqshmedia.com in your browser. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and opt out of Google Analytics using Google's browser add-on.
nqsh_attr_v2, the campaign record described in 3.3, which exists only so that we can tell which advertisement produced an enquiry you decided to send us; and nqsh_google_rating_v1, which caches our public Google star rating for a day so the page does not have to call Google on every visit. When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.

If you are unhappy with our response, you may complain to the UAE Data Office.
The site is served over HTTPS. Access to our CRM and marketing accounts is limited to staff who need it and is protected by individual accounts and passwords. No system is perfectly secure — if a breach occurs that is likely to put your rights at risk, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.
Our services are for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
We do not make decisions about you by automated means alone. Enquiries may be scored or routed automatically so we can respond quickly, but a person always reviews them.
We may update this policy as our services or providers change. The date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be highlighted on this page.
