Why drinkware outperforms almost every other corporate gift
Cost per impression is the only honest way to compare promotional items, and an insulated bottle wins it easily. It is carried to work, taken into meetings, refilled at the cooler and left on a desk in full view. A branded pen is seen by the person holding it; a branded bottle is seen by everyone in the room, every day, for years.
Below are the bottles, tumblers and mugs in our 2026–2027 catalogue, listed with their real specifications so you can match capacity and insulation to the audience before asking for a price.

How branded bottles are decorated
Laser engraving is the default on stainless steel. The laser removes the coating to expose the metal beneath, so the mark is permanent, cannot peel and survives a dishwasher — but it appears in the steel's own tone rather than your brand colour.
UV printing is the answer when the logo must stay in brand colours or carries a gradient. It prints full colour directly onto the body with no extra cost per colour, and on a powder-coated bottle it sits crisply.
Screen printing still makes sense on very large runs of single-colour logos, and sublimation covers a whole mug edge to edge where the design is the product. Bamboo and cork elements engrave beautifully. Glass takes frosted engraving rather than a print.
Full detail on every method is on the corporate gifts page, and bottles pair with a notebook and pen in our boxed gift sets.
Choosing the right bottle
- Match the capacity to the use. 350–450ml suits a desk and a commute; 500–750ml is the everyday default; 950ml and above is for site teams, gyms and outdoor work.
- Decide handle or no handle. Bottles that travel in a bag want a slim body; bottles carried by hand across a site want a handle or a strap.
- Pick the lid for the drink. Screw lids seal best for water, push-button and sipper lids suit coffee, and straw lids suit iced drinks and gyms.
- Choose the branding method before the colour. Engraving looks best on matte and powder-coated finishes; UV print needs a colour that your logo reads against.
- Order to a date, not a hope. Allow three to four weeks for stock items with branding, longer in Ramadan and December.
Branded water bottle questions
Can our logo be printed in full colour on a bottle?
Yes, with UV printing, which handles gradients and multiple colours with no per-colour charge. Choose laser engraving instead when permanence matters more than colour — an engraved mark cannot scratch or wash off.
Are these bottles dishwasher safe?
Most stainless steel items in the range are described as dishwasher safe, and engraved branding survives washing. Printed branding lasts longer with hand washing. Bamboo and cork components should always be hand washed.
What is the minimum order for branded water bottles?
Laser engraving and UV printing run economically in smaller quantities because there is no per-colour setup. Screen printing needs a longer run. Send your quantity with the enquiry and we will tell you which method makes sense at that volume.
Can bottles be supplied in gift boxes?
Yes. Individual boxes, printed sleeves and multi-piece sets are all available — the Combistan and Combistar Lux flask-and-cup duos and the Trooper bottle-notebook-pen sets are on the gift sets page.
Do you supply eco-friendly drinkware?
A reusable bottle is itself the sustainable choice, since it replaces single-use plastic. Beyond that the range includes glass with bamboo lids, cork-bodied mugs and cutlery made from recycled 304 stainless steel in a recycled case — see the eco-friendly range.
How long does production take?
Allow three to four weeks for stock items with standard branding, and longer if the colour or capacity has to be imported. Confirm the date in writing before committing, especially in the run-up to Ramadan and year-end.
