Most exhibition giveaways are in a bin before the visitor leaves the hall. The ones that are not have a job: they open something, hold something, charge something or sit on a desk.
Branded keychains and multi-tools, lanyards and reel badges, phone stands and card holders, travel adaptors and desk games — the low-cost tier that carries a logo across a crowd.
Tell us the quantity and the event date. We come back with a shortlist, a branded mock-up and a price.
The maths is different from corporate gifting. A gift goes to one named person and is judged on how it makes them feel. A giveaway goes to hundreds of unnamed people and is judged on two things only: how many of them keep it, and whether the logo is readable at arm's length.
That points at items with a function. A keychain that opens a bottle, a badge reel that a staff member wears daily, a phone stand that lives on a desk — these survive. Stress balls and pens without a purpose do not. Everything below is from our 2026–2027 catalogue.
Magnetic phone stand
Travel adaptor
Bag hangers
Wooden game, branded pouch
Bag hanger with linksThe best value in the category. A phone stand or card holder sits in view all day, which is exactly what a giveaway is trying to buy.
VeeMag card holder & stand
RFID card case
Card holdersThe one giveaway every visitor is guaranteed to wear for the whole show. Budget for it as branding, not as stationery.
The premium end of the giveaway tier — an item worth keeping on a stand for qualified visitors rather than handing to everyone who passes.
Universal travel adaptor
Toppling tower, printed pouch
Wooden yoyoPad printing handles the small, curved surfaces that dominate this category — keychains, phone stands, pen barrels — in one to four spot colours, and is the cheapest method at volume. UV printing takes over when the logo is multi-colour. Epoxy doming seals a printed label under a clear resin dome, which is why badge reels and keychains still look new after a year. Laser engraving is used on the metal items, including the bag hanger's 3 cm branding plate.
Giveaways are usually ordered alongside event bags and the exhibition stand itself, so the branding is consistent across everything a visitor sees.
A giveaway is low cost and high volume, handed to a wide audience to create reach. A corporate gift is higher value and goes to a named audience — clients, partners, executives, long-serving staff. Most UAE campaigns need both, and the real decision is how to split the budget between reach and relationship.
Base it on expected stand traffic rather than the show's headline attendance figure, and split the order into a high-volume item for everyone and a smaller premium tier held back for qualified visitors. Running out of the cheap item on day two is a smaller problem than giving the expensive one to a competitor.
Non-woven bags, plastic phone holders and lanyards sit at the bottom of the cost range. Judge them on retention rather than unit price — an item that is thrown away has an infinite cost per impression no matter how little it cost to buy.
Several already are — the Spade multi-tool and the Enkindle torch both come in a white box. Custom boxes, printed sleeves and per-delegate packing can be added when the giveaway is going into a conference kit.
Allow three to four weeks for stock items with branding. Lanyards and badge reels in a custom colour, or anything imported for the job, take longer. Set the deadline to the venue load-in date rather than the event date.
Yes — bamboo coasters, polished wood games, jute bags and reusable drinkware all work as giveaways. The eco-friendly range covers the full list.
Tell us the event, how many visitors you expect at the stand and roughly what you want to spend per unit. You get a shortlist, a branded mock-up and a schedule that works back from load-in.
