The 85 × 200 cm roll up banner is the standard size for exhibitions, conferences and reception areas in Dubai: tall enough to read across a busy hall, narrow enough for any booth or lobby. It is the only size we sell at a fixed online price. Wider stands, double-sided units and replacement prints are quoted by size and quantity, usually within one hour.

Ordering a roll up stand in Dubai takes a few minutes. Production starts once your artwork is approved, and the full order is usually in your hands within one to four working days.

1. Order and pay onlineChoose the quantity (1–99) and pay securely by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Google Pay. Need a tax invoice? Send your company name and TRN.
2. Send your artworkShare the print-ready file on WhatsApp or by email to info@nqshmedia.com. No design yet? Our designers can create it for a quoted fee.
3. Approve the proofWe check the file and send a proof. We print exactly what you approve, so this is the moment to check spelling, phone numbers and QR codes.
4. Production and deliveryPrinted in 1–3 working days at our Ras Al Khor workshop. Free delivery: next working day in Dubai, 1–3 working days to Abu Dhabi, Sharjah and the other emirates.

Artwork Guidelines

A roll up banner is read in two or three seconds by people walking past, so the layout matters as much as the print. Follow these guidelines and the file will print sharp and read well across the room.

File setup

• Format: PDF or AI preferred, or a high-resolution JPG supplied at the full 85 × 200 cm size.
• Colour: CMYK. RGB files are converted, which can dull bright brand colours.
• Fonts: outlined or embedded so nothing changes when we open the file.
• Images: use original photos, not images copied from websites or social media, which look soft when enlarged.

Layout that works at events

• Logo at the top: the top third is visible above crowds and tables.
• One clear message: a short headline of five to eight words beats a paragraph.
• Contact details at eye level: website, WhatsApp number or QR code between 100 and 160 cm from the floor.
• Keep the bottom clear: leave the lowest 10 cm free of text, as it sits close to the base and floor.
• High contrast: dark text on a light background, or the reverse, for halls with strong lighting.
