We deliver across the United Arab Emirates: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah.
For deliveries outside the UAE, contact us before ordering. Freight is quoted per shipment, and any customs duty, import tax or clearance charge in the destination country is payable by you.
Production starts when both of these are done: you approve the final artwork, and payment has cleared.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding UAE public holidays. Our office hours are 08:00–19:00, Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.
Delivery time is in addition to production time.

These are estimates, not guarantees. If you have a fixed event date, tell us before you order so we can confirm it is achievable and, if needed, arrange express production.
Free delivery across the UAE is included on the products where it is stated on the product page.
For anything else, delivery is quoted with the order and depends on size, weight and destination. Oversized items — exhibition stands, large signage, event equipment — are quoted individually.

Report any damage or shortage within 48 hours of delivery, with photographs, so we can resolve it quickly. See the Refund and Return Policy.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you gave us, or once you collect it.
Please give a complete address, a contact name and a working phone number. Many UAE addresses need a landmark or building name — the more detail, the fewer delays.
If delivery fails because the address was wrong or nobody was available, redelivery is chargeable. Orders uncollected after 14 days may be stored at your cost or disposed of.
For events and exhibitions we deliver to the venue and, where agreed, install on site. This is scheduled with your quotation and depends on venue access times, loading bay availability and organiser rules.
Venue access restrictions, delayed build-up schedules and organiser decisions are outside our control. We plan around them wherever possible, but we cannot accept liability for delays caused by them.
We are not liable for delays caused by courier failures, customs, weather, road closures, supplier shortages, public holidays or force majeure. If a delay occurs we will tell you as soon as we know and offer the best available alternative.
